1. Purpose of Data Collection
Pacific Rim Manamko Inc. collects your attendance data, including clock-in/out times, location coordinates, device information, and photos, solely for the purpose of timekeeping, payroll processing, and HR management.
2. Photo Capture
By using this system, you consent to having your photo taken automatically upon clocking in and clocking out. These photos are used for identity verification and attendance records only.
3. Location Data
Your GPS location is captured at the time of clock-in and clock-out to verify your presence at authorized work locations. Location data is not tracked continuously.
4. Device Information
Basic device information (browser, operating system, screen resolution) is recorded with each attendance entry for security and audit purposes.
5. Data Retention
All data is retained for the duration of your employment and for a period of 5 years after separation, in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policy.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal data is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Pacific Rim Manamko Inc. will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or circumvent the attendance system. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
